Neither are are strangers to the job, having acted as managers for the highly successful M2000A operation in 2000. Bob also acts as manager for the D68C and 9M0C dxpeditions. This will help to ensure that the QSL manager can deal with all card requests quickly and efficiently. Direct Cards Cards that are sent direct but those with no return funding will be sent via the bureau. Direct QSL rules are as follows:- 1. A self addressed envelope should be provided. 2. Applications from the UK should have at least a second class stamp affixed or include one IRC. 3. Applications from EU countries should include at least one IRC. 4. Applications from non-EU countries should include at least $1 or two IRCs. 5. Cards for applicants who have not included an SAE or adequate reply paid postage will be answered by surface mail or via the bureau as appropriate. Bureau Cards QSLs via the bureau is 100%. Cards via E-mail Internet users may request a bureau QSL via the website. A link will be made available following the operation. QSL Policy To avoid flooding the QSL bureau with unwanted cards, we will not QSL unless we are requested to do so by one of the above means. When we do receive a QSL request, we will respond 100% as defined above above provided the contact details are correct in our station log. Additional Donations Any additional donations received with QSL card requests are appreciated. These donations will be used to help the overall funding of the GB50 operation. |
